Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments and deliver to UK only.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta/Debit and Visa Electon. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

You will be notifed by email when you order is despatched.

Delivery Schedule All orders are next day delivery after they have been despatched. Orders received before 12pm will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following day for next day delivery. The courier company we use is Initial City Link. Orders can be tracked on their website with the despatch number that is on your despatch confirmation email.

There will need to be someone at the delivery address to receive the order, as a signature will be required. You can select a different delivery address by when completing your personal information. For orders over a certain value, you may be contacted when a different delivery address is provided in order to confirm the order.

Back Orders Linen Collections attempt to keep a stock of all their products, but unfortunately this is not always possible. If your item is not in stock, your order will go on back order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security We use a third party company called Protx to handle our payments. When you have finished placing your order and wish to checkout, you will be transferred to their website in order to make the payment. Privacy Policy Linen Collections do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy If faulty: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a replacement or provide a full refund.
Not faulty: For all other reasons please contact us. All returns must be authorised by us and returned within 7 days unused and in original unopened packaging in the 'AS SOLD' state. Refunds will only be given for goods received back in NEW and unused condition. Items returned not in a re-sellable condition will be subject to inspection. Refunds will be the full invoice price less the transport costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies.
