Despatch
Please Note that between 21st December 2006 and 2nd January 2007 the next day delivery will be postponed.
We aim to despatch your order that day for a next working day delivery on orders taken before 12pm. Those orders taken after 12pm will be dispatched the following day for a next working day delivery.
WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THERE WILL BE SOMEONE TO TAKE DELIVERY THE FOLLOWING (WORKING) DAY. PLEASE SELECT A DELIVERY ADDRESS WHERE A SIGNATURE CAN BE OPTAINED, WE ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES.
If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will try again the following working day. However if it still cannot be delivered it will be left for your collection at your local Initial City Links Depot, you can contact us if you would like it delivered for a 3rd time however you will have to pay the extra cost.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery: next day any time before 17.30pm: £6.99
Special delivery:
Next morning by 9am: £30.99
The delivery costs quoted here are for anything up to 10kg, for orders over this weight you will be charged 35p per Kg on standard deliveries and £1 per kg on any of the specials.
(We will make you aware of extra costs incurred)
Returns
If faulty: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a replacement or provide a full refund.
Not faulty: For all other reasons please contact us. All returns must be authorised by us and returned within 7 days unused and in original unopened packaging in the 'AS SOLD' state. Refunds will only be given for goods received back in NEW and unused condition. Items returned not in a re-sellable condition will be subject to inspection. Refunds will be the full invoice price less the transport costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies.
